We had other, older, and more developed alpacas to show and were in no need of a white male, especially a juvenile. That said, we knew we would get to him eventually because he is his mother’s son! Emirus

We took a very young Crescent Moon’s Emirus out on the road last fall where he tore up the show ring in the gray male classes, especially considering he was a juvenile just 7 months of age. Admittedly, the long miles on crowded trailers beat up his fleece as usually happens with those juvenile fleeces, such that by the time Nationals was completed, Emirus was about done for the year.
